DR LEILA HAYWOOD

Dr Leila Haywood is an aesthetic female dentist with 25 years of experience working in Spring Hill, in inner city Brisbane, with expertise in comprehensive dental care, aesthetic dentistry, digital smile design, computer guided dental implants, and aesthetic medicine.

Leila started Dentistry at the University of Queensland in 1992 after excelling in maths, science and languages. Her academic focus has been the study of dentistry, aesthetics, science and health, and the best ways to deliver that care.

Leila leads a team of fine professionals, works with the best in dentistry, and is committed to scientific study and professional continuing education courses. She is dedicated to the latest science and technology in evidence based dentistry, and is in the fortunate position of having the clinical freedom to embrace advancements.

Leila also has experience in demonstrating and training of best clinical practice to University dental students and auxiliary dental professionals, and has been a consultant dentist to the State Government, a consultant dentist for Miss Universe Australia, and has directed a group private dental practice in Brisbane city for over 20 years.

Leila has proficiency and certification in dental radiology, ; dental implants, aesthetic medicine and cosmetic facial injectables, including relief of jaw pain with muscle relaxant injectables; and clear orthodontic aligner systems, including Invisalign.

 

DR RACHEL CHAMBERLAIN

From New Zealand, Dr Rachel graduated from Otago University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Prior to that, she obtained a Bachelor in Biomedical Sciences in Nutrition and Metabolism in Human Health. Dr Rachel has worked at multiple practices across New Zealand in Auckland, Wellington and Hamilton. She is also the mother of two young girls, Luna and Sophia, who are under the age of 3.

Dr Rachel is exceptionally kind with patients and has an understanding manner, free of judgement. She has an interest in minimally invasive dentistry and preserving tooth structure as much as possible. She has attention to detail and strives for perfection while operating.


Outside of work, Dr Rachel enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband, going to the gym, eating good food, and watching Grey's Anatomy re-runs.
