DR LEILA  HAYWOOD

With more than 25 years of experience in aesthetic and restorative dentistry, Dr Leila has a detailed approach to cosmetic dental care, smile design and natural looking restorative treatment in Brisbane. A University of Queensland graduate, Dr Leila focuses on careful planning, precision and long term dental health.

As the founder and director of Brisbane Smile Boutique, Dr Leila has developed a refined, dentist owned practice environment where general, restorative and aesthetic dental care are planned with attention to detail.

Dr Leila’s clinical focus includes porcelain veneers, composite bonding, smile design, Invisalign, implant restoration and smile makeover planning. Her aesthetic approach considers tooth shape, proportion, symmetry, facial features and smile goals.

Dr Leila works collaboratively with elite master dental ceramists and dental specialists throughout Australia to coordinate care for patients. She has also supported dental students, oral health therapists and dentists through mentoring.

Her professional experience has included advisory and consultative roles, as well as volunteer work with outreach organisations. Outside dentistry, Dr Leila has an interest in coastal living, architecture, wellness and travel.

Dr Leila currently consults at Brisbane Smile Boutique on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Her approach is focused on considered planning, clear communication and personalised dental care personalised to each patient’s health, function and aesthetic goals.
